Return Policy for DME Devices

At DMEDevices.com, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience when purchasing durable medical equipment (DME) devices & continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) Devices. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit, which is why we have a hassle-free return policy in place.

Return Period

If you are not completely satisfied with your DME device purchase from DMEDevices.com, you can return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. This 7-day return window gives you time to inspect the device and ensure it meets your needs.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the DME device must be in its original, unopened condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used devices. This is to protect the integrity of the product and ensure the safety of future users.

If you have already opened the package and started using the DME device, you will not be eligible for a full refund. However, in case of CGM Device you may still be able to request a sensor replacement directly from the manufacturer, such as Abbott (for FreeStyle Libre devices) or Dexcom. The details for submitting a replacement request will be provided with your original order.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@dmedevices.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to securely package and ship the device back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original, unused condition. Provided everything checks out, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned DME device, we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price. This refund will be processed back to the same payment method used for the initial transaction. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have received and processed your return.

Exclusions

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:

  • CGM sensors that have been removed from their original packaging
  • Any DME or CGM device that has been used or activated
  • Accessories or supplies that have been opened or used

In these cases, you may still be able to request a replacement directly from the manufacturer. Our customer support team can provide you with the necessary information to submit a replacement request.

Warranty and Repairs

In addition to our return policy, all  DME & CGM devices purchased from DMEDevices.com come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The specific warranty terms and coverage will vary by device model, so please refer to the documentation included with your purchase for the details.

If you experience any issues with your DME device during the warranty period, please contact our customer support team. We will work with you to determine the best course of action, whether that’s a repair, replacement, or guidance on submitting a warranty claim directly to the manufacturer.
