Return Policy for DME Devices
At DMEDevices.com, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience when purchasing durable medical equipment (DME) devices & continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) Devices. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit, which is why we have a hassle-free return policy in place.
If you have already opened the package and started using the DME device, you will not be eligible for a full refund. However, in case of CGM Device you may still be able to request a sensor replacement directly from the manufacturer, such as Abbott (for FreeStyle Libre devices) or Dexcom. The details for submitting a replacement request will be provided with your original order.
Exclusions
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:
- CGM sensors that have been removed from their original packaging
- Any DME or CGM device that has been used or activated
- Accessories or supplies that have been opened or used
